- Solicitation N00421-09-T-0211 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This requirement is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Cambers Corporation for the part number listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Manufacturer must be Camber Corporation. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001, Quantity 1 Ea., P/N 100S, Basic Toolkit. CLIN 0002, Quantity 1 Ea., P/N 120S, Pager-Support. CLIN 0003, Quantity 1 Ea, P/N 140S,,Hi-Resolution Mapping-Support. Period : This support agreement will be in place from October 1 2009 thru September 30, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals received by 21 Sep 2009 may be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive porcurement. The government will not pay for any information received.
