- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole-source, fixed-price procurement with HB Gary, 6701 Democracy Blvd., Suite 300, Bethesda, Maryland 20817 under RFQ E008648. This notice is distributed solely through the General Service Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. HB Gary will provide a quantity of 450 licenses for the FastDumpPro software to the FBI. HB Gary is the only manufacturer of this software and there are no known authorized resellers. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government and the related industry, the FastDumpPro software was the only product found to work on all Windows Operating Systems from Windows 95 through Windows Vista. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests in this requirement to this office by 12:00 pm EDT, September 22, 2009, via email to: Amada.Pennel@ic.fbi.gov. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is: 511210 – Software Publishers. The awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor’s Database (CCR) and also the Online Representations and Certification (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
