- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Mi 48105 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a OPTOVUE RTVue-100 Fourier-domain OCT System, with one (1) year additional warranty. The equipment will be located at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Research Dept, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, NAICS Code 423450 applies, The Contractor shall provide all parts with manufacturer warranty. Technical and Owner manuals (2 each), Date of Award through October 15,2009 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitations are due no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on October 5, 2009.
