- This acquisition includes the purchase of a code and part number item where BAE Systems Tactical Vehicles (0FW39) and Grove US LLC (12361) are the approved manufacturers and/or have supplied the item in the past. The intent is to award an indefinite quantity type contract for a one year base and four option years. Solicitation and NSN will be available for download on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. NSN(s): 6110-01-371-3907 Item Description: Control, Remote Switch Manufacturer’s Code and Part Number (if applicable): BAE Systems Tactical Vehicles (0FW39) P/N 2-195-6-00668 Grove US LLC (12361) P/N 2-195-6-00668 Quantity (including option quantity): Estimated Quantities Unit of Issue: Each Destination Information: VARIOUS DLA STOCKING LOCATIONS Delivery Schedule: AS NEEDED The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only approved sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: _ BAE Systems Tactical Vehicles and Grove US LLC _. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in U.S. dollars. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed _4___ years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
