- This synopsis is being posted to both the federal business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. This is a synopsis for services that will be supporting electronics-related operations performed in support of tasks managed by NSWC Crane. This procurement will be focused on disciplines in the areas of Strategic Systems, Hardware, Conventional Ammunition, Special Operations Hardware, Electronic Warfare Systems, Radar Systems, Energy and Power Systems, Acoustic Sensors, Microwave Technologies, Microelectronic Technologies, Infrared Countermeasures and Pyrotechnics, Defense Security Systems, Electronics Depot, Electro-Optics and Obsolescence Management. These services have not been procured in the past. Period of performance is 5 years. Interested parties can download the solicitation from the three websites listed above. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
