Description
RECOVERY The National Park Service, Pacific West Regional Office, has identified a requirement to solicit the purchase and delivery of signs for the American Rehabilitation and Recovery Act (ARRA) procurements. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items has been prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propasals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Q8078090501and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35, dated July 14 2009. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System Code is 323115 and the small business size is less than 500 employees. ***This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the contractor must meet all reporting requirements as described in FAR 52.204-11. The Contractor shall report the required information using the online reporting tool available at www.FederalReporting.gov*** Product List: 1. Contractor shall manufacture 303 signs as shown on the attached drawing 2-5.0 "Visitor Information Recovery Sign", 36"X24", horizontal option. Signs shall be made of Coroplast corrugated plastic. All signs are exactly the same incuding size, color, and text. 2. Contractor shall crate and package all signs 3. Contractor shall ship them to 54 Pacific West regional parks as outlined on the attached spreadsheet. The number of signs to be shipped to each park along with a shipping zip code are included in this spreadsheet. Complete shipping addresses for each park will be sent to the contractor prior to shipment. The Contracting Officer for this project is Kim_Glass@nps.gov. Facsimile Quotations are not acceptable however they can be scanned and sent via email with all required to kim_glass@nps.gov. No oral quotations will be accepted.
