- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal AcquisitionRegulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote (RFQ) for therequired supplies and services as required by solicitation N00189-09-T-0714 andconducted using FAR Part 13. There are twelve attachments to this combinedsynopsis and solicitation, to include, Attachment 1 - Price Spreadsheet, whichcan be obtained directly from this contracting office. All other copies ofattachments 2-12 are unchanged from prior request for quotes, therefore offerorsdo not need to request them. All new potential offerors need to contact the FISC Norfolk ContractSpecialist identified herein for Attachments 1-12. FISC Norfolk intends topurchase a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements(IDTC-Requirements) type contract for the following: CLIN 0001 HusbandingServices Provider in support of USS MCFAUL (DDG 74) for a port visit toCharleston, SC. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with thePerformance Work Statement (PWS) therein. Pricing shall be completed inaccordance with Attachment 1, Pricing Spreadsheet.
