Description

To procure a unique set of surgical instruments called a Medtronic Legacy Pedicle Screw System which is specifically designed to provide a stable means of fusing spinal cord segments during surgery to correct a patient's complex lumbar spinal deformity. SIC code is 5047, NAICS Code is 339112, Size Standard 500 employees. This is a Sole Source procurement synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of an item for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is Affirmative Solutions, 3290 Northside Pky Ste 300, Atlanta, GA. 30327-2212. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider all quotations/responses received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
