Description

3dMD System Comprehensive Support Agreement The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate sole source with 3dMD LLC of Atlanta, GA for 3dMD System Comprehensive Support Agreement. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106(b)(1). The anticipated award date is 05 October 2009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers. However, all proposals received within five (3) days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
