- 0020450875, 5962-01-282-5304. Approved source(s): Natel (09059) P/N 655879-2; Raytheon (4U884) P/N 5040090-4; all parts to be in accordance with (4U884) Drawing 655879. The requirement is for 64 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 300 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 30 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. (Note 26) Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 16 October 2009. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Various increments solicited: from 30 ea to 49 ea; from 50 ea to 74 ea; from 75 ea to 99 ea. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
