- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND POSTED BECAUSE THIS PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED TO THE PUBLIC. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT WTIH NATIVE AMERICAN SERVICES CORP. This project will provide renovation at the ACL Indian Hospital, San Fidel, New Mexico. The renovation will demolish the features of an existing interior courtyard and cover that area with a new roof structure and roofing. Once the courtyard area is enclosed a new pharmacy will be constructed combining pharmacy functions which are remotely located in different areas of the facility into this one location. This renovation will also improve patient registration for outpatient services and relocate patient waiting to the location of the existing pharmacy. The work for this project will require demolition, asbestos abatement, general construction, structural steel fabrication, electrical construction, plumbing and mechanical construction, and the installation of specialized equipment. All work shall be completed while allowing ACL Hospital to continue daily operations of providing medical services for the Native American populations serviced. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Native American Services Corp. with a field office in Albuquerque, NM. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
