Description: Solicitation Package Reps and Certs SF 33  FSA intents to award a IDIQ contract as a result of this announcement. This solicitation is for qualified 8(a) firms only. A copy of the solicitation in included in this announcement. The government anticipates awarding a IDIQ type Labor Hour type contract as a result of this solicitation. The contractor shall provide Program/Project Management and Technical Support to the Department of Education (ED), Federal Student Aid as directed under the Contract or any Task Orders (TO) issued pursuant to this Contract. This support shall include, but not be limited to, Contractor services as required immediately to support VDC Service Management, VDC Operations Management, VDC Application Management, VDC Network Management, Security Management and Project Management. These areas are generally compliant with the Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) methodology, and include VDC Change Management, VDC Incident Management, VDC Problem Management, VDC Capacity Planning, VDC Patch Management, and VDC Disaster Recovery. Collectively these information technology services assist FSA in overseeing critical projects, costs and deliverables for its business owners.
