- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to remove the existing window frames, glass, existing blinds, and other window coverings from four buildings per plans and dispose of the removed materials at an approved off site land fill. Assist units in moving furniture and office equipment located near the windows. Install new windows in the four building in which windows were removed. In accordance with the manufactures requirements, caulk and seal around perimeter of new window units where installed into existing masonry. Windows will be weather tight at completion of installation. Caulking will be bronze in color to match the framing. All operations necessary to accomplish the work will be done in accordance with the project Scope of Work and Drawings.
