- The period of performance is hereby amended as follows: 1.5 Period of Performance: The Period of Performance (POP) will be one 12 Month base period followed by two (2) twelve-month option periods after the date of contract award. It is anticipated that award(s) will be made before 30 September 2009. Individual subsequent task orders will contain a 30 day Phase-in/out Period. The POP reads as follows: Base Year: TBD upon contract award Option Year I: TBD upon contract award Option Year II: TBD upon contract award The Government reserves the right to extend the term of this contract at the prices set forth in Section B, Prices in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in FAR 52.217-9 entitled, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract.
