Description
ABL-10001 RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Alaska Fisheries Science Center, Auke Bay Laboratories has a requirement for the supply of components listed below and further defined in the statement of work and to provide a factory trained representative on-site to assist with the installation, alignment, start-up, and testing for a period to last two days in Juneau, AK. This specification covers a lineshaft turbine pump with above ground discharge, the lineshaft bearings lubricated by the seawater being pumped and furnished with suitable driver and accessories as specified herein. The pumping unit shall be designed and furnished in accordance with the latest Hydraulic Institute and AWWA Standards for lineshaft turbine pump. See attached statement of work within the attached RFQ for complete description of specifications. All interested concerns must submit a quotation and documentation demonstrating the qualifications to provide services as described above within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will is attached. A firm-fixed order will be issued with period of performance of approximately 20 weeks from date of award.
