- This acquisition to result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 2915-00-078-2310, Base plus 4 option years, Estimated Annual Qty 927, OEM GE, CAGE 99207, P/N 3015T31P01, Approved Source--Delavan Inc., CAGE 71895, P/N 25003-1, Source Controlled Item, Configuration control applies, Unrestricted, other than full and open competition, Not commercial, Note 26 applies, FOB Dest, Inspection/acceptance Destination, Export-controlled item, Not CSI. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Quantity variance of plus or minus 5%. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
