NSN: 6110-01-363-0492. Item Description: Voltage Regulator. Manufacturer’s Code and Part Number: TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH CORP CAGE 60177 P/N 19580; CENTROID INC CAGE 21856 P/N 2756. Drawing Number: 30554 88-21063. Quantity: 907. Unit of Issue: EA. Destination Information: New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Delivery Schedule: 320 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.mil. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 10-19-09. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Centroid (21856), Technology Research Corp (60177). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various Increments Solicited: 800 to 850, 851 to 900, 901 to 950, 951 to 1000.
