Description

Solicitation Pkg 100-2-10 contains all instructions, forms and references needed to formulate an offer for this solicitation. Route #- 124A4 Termini- Arkville, NY to End of Dry Brook Rd (12475), NY Response Deadline- XX/XX/XXXX @ 15:00 ET Contract Term- 12/01/2009 through 03/31/2014 This is a four year, regular, renewable, fixed price contract to provide service in accordance with Terms & Conditions Issue 4, 2/27/09 and Statement of work 100-2-10. Prospective offerors will need to take into account all instructions and references in solicitation package 100-2-10 in order to formulate an offer. "READ FIRST 124A4” provides a summary of submitting an offer. Offerors will need to open and print the attachment labeled "FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED & RETURNED".
