- Electric Valve Operator (EVO) Assemblies and Associated Technical Data. An EVO is used for actuation of JP-5 tank manifold valves and is capable of opening and closing the tank manifold valve from prompts directly from the control console via the console operator or from tank level data signals. The performance specification under this contract provides for the requirements for a new EVO Assembly design in order to replace existing EVO units and manifold bonnet assemblies used for JP-5 tank manifolds.
