- NSN 6K-8145-012794233-V2, TDP VER 009, QTY 19 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN.First Article Testing (FAT) is required for this procurement. A cost factor of$10,000.00 will be added, for solicitation purposes, to the price of all offersfor whom the government will require such testing. All offerors are requested tosubmit a proposal with FAT and without FAT. If the Contractor requests waiver ofFAT, please submit at time of proposal. This acquisition will be 100% set asidefor Small Business. Drawings/technical data package is available through theNECO website at www.NECO.navy.mil. This website will provide contractors with adirect link to FedTeds for the drawings/technical data package. All offerorsmust be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database.Additionally, all offerors must be registered in ORCA.
