Description

PR# 23112207, ISSUE DATE 20 OCT 09/ CLOSE DATE 23 NOV 09 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for NSN 1680-01-566-3036, Cushion Seat, Aircraft. A 100% quantity option is included. Item Description is in accordance with Logistics Management Engineering Inc. CAGE 1F499, P/N 3450-002-100. Other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 applies. The intended source is CAGE 1F499. Item is Configuration controlled. Solicitation is issued unrestricted. Quantity is 690 each total to a single stock location. The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination, Delivery 450 DARO. Phased delivery is acceptable. A technical Data package is not available at DSCR. Electronic offers are not acceptable. The solicitation will be available on or about 20 OCT 09 and may be obtained at that time by going to https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
