Description
The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of 6,854 rentable square feet along with 35 parking spaces; including 8 reserved spaces for Government Operated Vehicles (GOV). Space must be in Los Angeles & Calabasas, CA within the following delineated areas: South: Parkway Calabasas - turn left onto, Park Granada - turn right onto, Park Capri - turn left onto, Park Sienna - turn left onto, Park Ora - turn left onto, Valmar Rd. - turn left onto, Mulholland Drive (drive over Hwy 101 on overpass) - turn right onto, Ventura Blvd. - turn left onto North: Oxnard St. - turn right onto, Shoup Ave. - turn left onto, Vanowen Street - turn left onto East: Canoga Ave. - turn right onto, Califa Street - turn left onto, Variel Ave. -turn left onto West: Valley Circle Blvd. turn right onto, Hwy. 101 - turn left (using overpass over this freeway) onto, Parkway Calabasas (which is the beginning) The space should yield between 5,960 to 6,556 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years / 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space should be available for occupancy by December 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
