- This is a Combined synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information Included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation issued. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ10611-0015-10 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36. NAICS is 325120. The requirements of this solicitation are for medical gases to be ordered on an as-needed basis during the period of October 1, 2009 thru September 30, 2010. Amounts are estimates and may vary during the fiscal year. Delivery is to Federal Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina 27509. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price single award contract resulting from this solicitation.
