- Attachment 2 - Special Requirements Attachment 1 - Specifications Solicitation AG-9702-S-09-0021 SF 1442 Solicitation Offer and Award RECOVERY - This is a PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS seeking potential sources that have the interest and the capability to compete in a Full and Open Competition and perform a Firm Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is for the construction of Landscape at the Eastern Sierra Inter/Agency Visitor Center. This work will include 61,000 sq. ft. Natural/Pave parking lot; a 5,200 sq. ft. interpretive native plant garden; irrigation; two (2) stone monuments; one (1) flagpole; 18 ft. long, 12 inch tall stone veneer retaining seat wall; 12 ft. long, 12 inch tall stone veneer retaining seat wall and 6,000 sq. ft. Natural/Pave extensive pathway system. It also includes a chain link fence and a wooden fence with two (2) gates, placed north of the existing restrooms and the service yard. Alkali meadow seeding is also in the contract. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, equipment and materials/supplies to complete the project on time and on schedule. Work area is located at the Inter/Agency Visitor’s Center in Lone Pine, CA, which is located in Inyo County, California. This acquisition is being advertised as a FULL & OPEN Competition under FAR Subpart 19.10 – Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This is an ARRA/Cal Grant Funded Project. The estimated construction range of magnitude is $250,000 to $500,000. Contract performance time is 150 days. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310. Contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
