- Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for IFS Intralase Patient Interface Flap Cone (30 boxes). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, effective September 2009, DCN 20090825, and AFAC 2009-0803. This acquistion will be sole source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339115. The business size standard is 500. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6540. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5048. This request for quotation consists of the following: CLIN 0001: IFS Intralase Patient Interface Flap Cone (30 / Box); Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Please provide quote valid for at least 30 days. The following provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation.
