- Description
- Participation in this project is restricted IDIQ contracts W911KB-09-D-0015/16/17. The scope of this project is to repair and renovate Building 604 to be suitable as a Company Operations Facility. The intent shall be to upgrade all rooms in the scope to a like new condition. Provide telephone, data, and electrical outlets, remove existing carpet and install new carpet and rubber base in the entire office area affected by the wall demolition. Re-paint all walls in the offices affected. Patch and reconfigure suspended ceiling system where walls have been removed. Install new metal exit doors with panic hardware as noted on drawings. Install new, varnished wood interior doors. Construct new partition wall to enclose Room 56A. Cut suspended ceiling system and reconfigure around new partition wall as necessary. Install new dead bolt locks on existing doors where noted on drawings.
