- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. Solicitation is available for downloading from www.fbo.gov. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to perform asphalt resurfacing services at Caesar Creek Lake, Waynesville, OH. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is: 238990. The size standard is $33.5M. The solicitation has an approximate issue date of 06 October 2009. The solicitation will be available on the web only. The proposal due date is approximately 20 October 2009 at 2:00 PM local time. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
