Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE FOR LEASE IN EL PASO, TEXAS (SFO# 9TX2554) REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office and related space consisting of approximately 9,660 rentable square feet, which will yield a minimum of approximately 8,400 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of Class A office space for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Thirty (30) surface parking spaces will be required. LEASE TERM: Ten Years; Five (5) years firm term. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Office space must be contiguous and have the potential for an efficient layout. Space shall be located in a professional office setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including thirty (30) surface parking spaces. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in El Paso, Texas within the following boundaries: NORTH: N. Mesa Street SOUTH: Sunland Park Drive to S. Mesa Hills Drive to Wallenburg Drive to Suncrest Drive to S. Mesa Hills Drive to Cabaret Drive to Carousel Drive to Confetti Drive to South Festival Drive EAST: N. Mesa Street WEST: S. Resler Drive to I-10 Offered properties which front the boundary line streets will be considered to be within the area of consideration. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN October 20, 2009 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1)Building name and address. 2)Legal description 3)One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3)Square footage offered. 4)Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5)Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6)Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
