- TO RENOVATE GENERAL OFFICER DVQ/WINDOWS /WINDOWS AND SIDING AT WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE. NAICS Code 236220, Size Standard $33.50 Million. The proposed acquisition is for a sole-source from the Small Business Administration (SBA) using the authority of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary to General Officer's Distinguished Visitor Quarters for facility 728/730, replace windows for facility 10700, and replace windows and siding for facility 30088, and provide a potential contaminant source inventory and miscellaneous work as herein specified. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 5.202 section (a)(4). The 8(a) selected source is Megen Construction Company, Inc. and has been chosen by the Small Business Administration prior to the release of this award.
