- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 12,139 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of flex and office space and eighteen (18) parking spaces. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Lease Term: The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm and should be fully serviced. ALL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST submitted by brokers/agents shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot in Rentable and ANSI/BOMA 3. Common area factor for available space 4. Written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
