Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) a U.S. Government Agency, currently occupies approximately 15,000 usable square feet office space at 1175 Peachtree Street, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30361, under a soon to expire lease. The PBGC intends to negotiate a SUCCEEDING LEASE unless economic and other factors support relocation. The PBGC requires the office space to meet all fire and handicap accessibility codes.
