Description

The contractor shall perform 842 Embedded Simulation Software Formal Qualification Testing and deliver 842 ESIM Software. The Contractor shall also provide on site support for the system integration testing and systems acceptance testing at the UK TRIDENT training facility and provide on site support for the FIRE CONTROL simulator UK Electronic Class Room installation at the UK TRIDENT Training Facility. Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) Fire Control System and Attack Weapons Control System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
