Description

Provide Janitorial Services for the Oconee Ranger District. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, and labor. All equipment and supplies will be provided by the government. Service will include the Oconee Ranger District, approximately 4,474 sq. feet of occupied space and the Ocone Work Center, approximately 3,066 sq. feet of occupied space, located at 1199 Madison Road, Eatonton, GA 31024. The contrat period will be 1 base year with 4 option years. Estimated cost range for the base year and 4 option years total $40.000. The Solicitation, AG-435H-S-10-0002 will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request for Quotes and will be available for downloading on or about October 14, 2009 at the web site address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All vendor are required to be registered in the Central Contrators Registration (CCR) prior to award of the contract, (http://www.ccr.gov).
