- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN STILLWATER, OK PROJECT #: 8OK2166 The General Services Administration (GSA) is currently seeking expressions of interest from parties with the ability to provide office space to the Government. Offered space must be professional in appearance, well maintained, of modern design, and of sound and substantial construction. The U.S. Department of Agriculture currently occupies 35,053 usable square feet / 40,311 rentable square feet of leased space, together with adequate parking, including a minimum of 186 parking spaces for employees and visitors in Stillwater, OK. The current lease is expiring. The space houses personnel, furnishings, and equipment The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, as well as other costs associated with relocating, when deciding whether or not it is in the best interest of the Government to relocate. The proposed space must be located within the Stillwater, OK city limits. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 9th, 2010. The offered space must meet or be capable of meeting the Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The proposed space should not be located in a 100 year flood plain. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Please provide a proposed fully serviced rental rate with your response. Interested parties may submit pertinent information by the close of business on Monday, October 19, 2009. James E.
