- FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT Mr. Ettore Ciaffi 732-532-5908 Announcement of Industry Day for the Persistent Threat Detection System (PTDS) The Program Manager for Robotic and Unmanned Sensors (PM RUS) is hosting an Industry Day Conference. The purpose of this Conference is to brief the acquisition strategy and schedule, provide preliminary technical information and to receive industry feedback for the follow-on production, operations and sustainment contract for the Persistent Threat Detection System (PTDS). The Industry Day will be held in Eatontown, New Jersey on 27-30 October 2009 at the Sheraton Eatontown. 1. Industry Day: Will take place on 27 October 1:00 5:00 PM (EST) at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel, 6 Industrial Way East, Eatontown, NJ, (732)-544-6500. The meeting will be UNCLASSIFIED. Due to space limitations, attendance at the Industry Day will be limited to a total of five (5) representatives per contractor team (prime and subcontractors). Any company that wishes to attend the Industry Day must convey its interest, the names of individuals attending, and a single contractor point of contact (POC) email address no later than 12:00 PM (EST), 13 October 2009 to: Points of Contact: Name: Ettore Ciaffi E-mail:Ettore.Ciaffi@us.army.mil Phone:732-532-5908 Registration will start at 12:00 PM (EST) outside the Main Conference Room of the Sheraton Hotel. ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS: Separate one-on-one meetings with contractor teams will be conducted in 2-hour blocks from 28-30 October 2009. Questions: If you have any specific questions that you would like the government to answer during the technical overview regarding the PTDS program, please submit them to the POC no later than 15 October 2009. 4. NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this announcement and submittals will not be returned to the sender. 5.
