Description

The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract to VARIAN Medical System, Inc for the preventive maintenance and emergency repairs of the Clinac 2100/2300 C Series linear accelerator/simulator. This service will be covered under the Gold Fixed Support Agreement, which will offer Annual quality audits, annual physic QA Assist, after hours PMI's, technical phone support, uptime guaranteed, remote access/upgrades, on-site support, pro-active parts replacement, maintenance and upgrades releases. The attached justification and approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached that includes the rationale for this procurement.
