Description: The USDA-ARS, SJVASC, Parlier, CA has a requirement for a landscaped waterfall, retaining wall and walkways to be constructed in our courtyard. A site visit is suggested to get a layout of the work to be done. We currently only have crude drawings of the waterfall and the walk ways. Suggestions will be accepted. If you are interested please contact me for a site visit immediately. This work is being set aside for Emerging small businesses only, under FAR 19.501
