- VA Medical Health Care System, Bay Pines Florida, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, August 11, 2009. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 811219 and the size standard is $7.0 million The government has determined that MEDRAD Inc is the only source that can satisfy this agency requirement. The requirement is for Provide Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, and Repair according to Manufacturer Specifications and Requirements for Philips Patient Monitoring System which includes: Mark V Provis Mark V+ Provis Spectris Solaris Envision All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by The VA Medical Health System Bay Pines Florida. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they have items that meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim. The information must explain the company's ability to overcome propriety information. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
