- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This solicitation, W912J6-10-T-0001 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis RFQ for the Hawaii Army National Guard Yellow Ribbon Event for hotel services to be held on the Island of Oahu, HI. The Hawaii Army National Guard has a requirement for a Yellow Ribbon training conference. This training conference includes meeting rooms, meals, Audio Visual support, and child care. Approximately 1270 people are anticipated to attend and participate in this conference/training. Conference/training must be conducted during the period 7 November 2009 for approximately 1270 personnel. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED participation under NAICS code 721110 and the small business size standard is $7.0M.. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote/proposal must have a commercial and government entity code (www.ccr.gov) in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In order to facilitate offerors determination of contractor capabilities, the following clarification is provided for the type of services requested: [1] MEETING ROOMS: (1) GENERAL SESSION/BREAKFAST/LUNCH ROOM FOR 1170 PERSONS (3) BREAKOUT TRAINING ROOMS, 367 PERSONS EACH (2) ROOMS FOR CHILDCARE, 30 CHILDREN (2) PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS, 15 PERSONS (1) ROOM FOR VENDOR BOOTH SETUPS, 70 VENDORS (1) VIP ROOM, 30 PERSONS (1) OPERATIONS ROOM, 15 PERSONS (1) MEDICAL ROOM, 10 PERSONS (1) BREAK ROOM, 50 PERSONS [2] CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST MEAL FOR 1170 ADULTS/30 CHILDREN, LUNCH MEAL FOR 1170 ADULTS/30 CHILDREN, LIGHT REFRESHMENTS 0800 TO 1345, 1170 ADULTS/30 CHILDREN. [3] AUDIO VISUAL SUPPORT: 20 Laptops 5 Printers (High volume) 15 Internet or Wireless Access 30 surge protectors 15 Network switch and router with cable 5 Projectors with remote and A/V cable 5 Projector screens/stands 5 Public announcement systems 2 Televisions (minimum 32) [4] CHILD CARE FOR 30 CHILDREN See full Statement of Work (SOW) for viewing of the total requirements.
