Description

RECOVERY ACT- RA001010002: EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT READING PROGRAM FOR RIVERSIDE INDIAN SCHOOL. The contractor shall provide educational services to the teachers of Riverside Indian School. The contractor will report on the assessment of Riverside Indian School students in reading. The reports will access the students ability to comprehend and test for proficiency gains in the End of Year instructional test mandated by the No Child Left Behind Act.In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub. Law. 111-5, The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, Branch of Contracts, in Anadarko, OK 73005, posts this pre-solicitation notice with the intent of requesting proposals to provide all of the work described in the solicitation. This requirement is a full and open competitive solicitation. INSTRUCTION TO BIDDER*********************Special Recovery Reporting Requirements**********************The Contractors shall register and report the following information, using the online reporting tool available at www.federalreporting.gov. Or see Section H -Special Contract Requirements (pg.11 of 27) for FAR Clause 52.204-11, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act-Reporting Requirements. Contractors must check this online site often for updates and monitor finalization of the interim rule published in the Federal Register at 74 FR 14639. Electronic copy of the Request for Proposal number RA001010002 will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jspon and www.FBO.gov on/about October 13, 2009. All potential contractors must be registered and verified in the www.ccr.gov. and www.federalreporting.gov. The NAICS code is 611710 with a size standard of $7.0 million. Performance Period is from Date of Award through June 30, 2009.
