Description
This contract will provide support for hardware and software sustainment and modification support of Stores System Tester (SST), Armament Circuits Preload Tester Set (ACPTS), Enhanced Diagnostic Aid (EDNA), and Viper Memory Loader/Verifier (MLV) supplied by BAE Systems. It will also include production, spares, and repair support to the EDNA, SST, ACPTS, and Viper MLV systems within the United States Air Force (USAF), Multinational Fighter Program (MNFP), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Duration of Contract Period: 12 Months with FAR 52.217-8, "Option to Extend Services," added to the Solicitation/Contract. Under this clause the Government may extend performance for a period not to exceed 6 months. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: BAE SYSTEMS INFORMATION AND ELECTRO, NASHUA, NH.,03060-6909. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
