- Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to issue a competitive contract for the following services: provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other incidentals necessary to provide technical and administrative training, courseware development and training schedule management services for 76 MXW/OBT in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Tinker AFB or at the contractor's facility when rooms are not available at the government location. The contractor shall provide classroom training, and training that may also include practical applications in a shop environment, as well as troubleshooting techniques as needed on dates mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the QAP. NAICS Code is 611519. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) is contemplated. This is a full and open competition; the proposed basic period of performance is 1 December 2009 through 30 November 2010 with three 1-year options. The estimated solicitation post date is 21 October 2009. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov.
