- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall lease sport utility vehicles to the Naval Facilities Engineering Command at Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii. All vehicles shall be American made, current year models, and meet the Environment Protection Agency Corporate Average Fuel Economy ratings. Vehicle shall comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (49 CFR 571) and applicable state safety regulations. The Contractor shall furnish two (2) each 2010 4X4 alternative fuel sport utility vehicle, medium, 4-door, 5-passenger, 5401 - 6799 GVWR. Lease term: 18-36 months. Project Location: The Government will lease the vehicles for use on Oahu, Hawaii. See below for vehicle components minimum requirements. Vehicle color/finish shall be the manufacturers' standard exterior paint and color. Vehicle upholstery shall be the manufacturers' standard fabric and color. Personnel shall be fully knowledgeable of all safety and environmental requirements associated with the requirement. Personnel shall speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent that they can read and understand printed regulations, detailed written orders, operating procedures, and training instructions and materials. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 532112 and the annual size standard is $25.5 million. The Contractor shall complete delivery of the vehicles to the designated location at Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii no later than the first week of March 2010.
