Description

RECOVERY- RA001010008: DELL OPTIPLEX 760 MINITOWER COMPUTERS FOR RIVERSIDE INDIAN SCHOOL. The contractor shall provide the Government 40 Dell OptiPlex760 Minitower Base computers (see attached specifications with solicitation). The item description/specification shown on the RFP has been taken from the Dell Premier website and is for identification purposes only. To locate clauses & specifications to the solicitation, click on clauses and attachments (in blue box) and then click on the word document. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub. Law. 111-5, The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, Branch of Contracts, in Anadarko, OK 73005, posts this pre-solicitation notice with the intent of requesting proposals to provide computers to Riverside Indian School. This requirement is a full and open unrestricted competitive solicitation. INSTRUCTION TO BIDDER*********************Special Recovery Reporting Requirements**********************The Contractors shall register and report the following information, using the online reporting tool available at www.federalreporting.gov. Contractors must check this online site often for updates and monitor finalization of the interim rule published in the Federal Register at 74 FR 14639. Also, the contractors may visit http://www.arnet.gov/far to view FAR Clause 52.204-11, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act-Reporting Requirements in full text and all other Federal Acquisition Regulations clauses and provisions. Electronic copy of the Request for Proposal number RA001010008 will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jspon and www.FBO.gov on/about October 15, 2009.
