- RECOVERY ACT PROJECT - 657A5-09-103AO, Mold Abatement & Water Intrusion Prevention, located at the Marion, IL, VA Medical Center. NOTE REGARDING 2ND SITE VISIT: A 2nd site visit has now been scheduled to take place on Monday, October 19, 2009, at 2:00 PM. Participants are to meet at Building TMD-4, next to Building 13, at the Marion, IL, VA Medical Center. Please note, because of existing hazardous conditions, certain areas of the project site will not be accessable to site visit participants. NOTE REGARDING QUESTIONS RELATED TO THIS SOLICITATION: All potential offerors must submit any and all questions related to this solicitation, no later than Tuesday, October 20, at 3:00 PM. Questions must be submitted in writing, and may be hand delivered to the Technical Representative at the 2nd site visit, or may be submitted, via email, to either the Technical Representative or the Contracting Officer (contact information listed below). Questions received after this posted date and time are not subject to timely answers. A document listing all valid questions and answers will be posted to this same FBO site, either as an attachement to a Solicitation Amendment (if one is issued), or as another FBO Pre-Solicitation Modification. NOTE REGARDING CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMITTING OFFERS: Unless an official Solicitation Amendment is issed, the current closing date of 10-23-09 will remain in effect.
