Description

AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO contractors with an existing Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) contract as awarded under the multiple award IDIQ contract for alteration/repair/demolition projects for the work category of Utilities. This is not a solicitation. IDIQ contract was previously awarded competitively with the use of best value source selection procedures. The IDIQ Task Order is firm fixed price. The USFWS has a requirement to Remove Sediment from Penny Creek Settling Pond at Quilcene National Fish Hatchery in Quilcene, WA (Jefferson County). Work will be completed within 90 calendar days. The NAICS code is 238910. Small Business size standard is $14M. The project magnitude is between $100,000 $250,000. Basis for award will be low price.
