Description
Solicitation IQC09264009051 will contain one NSN 6340-01-052-0868 for a Sensing Element; Application/ Weapon System: Various Weapon Systems. The requirement will be solicited for award of a Stock/DLA Direct Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open competition procedures. This item is sole source to Kidde Technologies, CAGE: 73168; and will be procured as a Part number item, PN 35596-2-765. Dealers must have written proof and supporting documents of being an authorized distributor for the OEM. Alternate offers will not be accepted for this procurement; however a complete technical data package may be submitted for ESA review and approval to be added as an approve source. Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) and Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) are as follows: EAQ Base and each Option Year: 228 each; MAQ Base and each Option Year: 456 each. The GM quantity is 57 each and applies to the base year only. FOB: Origin; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. Required Delivery Schedule 120 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be provided by the Defense Supply Center Richmond. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0074 issue date is ESTIMATED at October 29, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
