THE STATEMENT OF WORK HAS ALSO BEEN UPDATED WITH THE CHANGES HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW. This solicitation is for HVAC preventative maintenance services to be performed for the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Riverton, WY. The work to be accomplished consists of providing semi-annual (spring and fall) preventative maintenance service for the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning system listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). All work shall be performed during normal business hours and the contractor shall notify the NWS staff prior to beginning the work. The bid proposal will include a fixed cost proposal for the PM tasks, the cost of quarterly filter changes/coil cleanings, and an hourly rate for service. An emergency response time of not more than 4 hours is required.
