- Description
- This is a sole source requirement to BAE Systems( 1Z126). This requirement is to establish a depot -level repair of the AN/AAQ-36 Forward looking infrared ( FLIR) Systems Video control Converter ( VDC, also known as LRU-2) in order to support transportation lead time requirements for AN/AAQ-36 IDS system. This is for NSN: 5895-01-570-7085SO with the following dimensions L 10.50, W 10.5, H 6.5, weight 9lbs. BAE Systems is the only source for the data needed to repair this equipment, as the government does not own the rights to the procurement data package. This acquisition will be for a basic year quantity (5ea) and 4 option years (5ea) for a total 5 year requirement ( 25ea).
