MARY BRINKLEYS CONTACT INFORMATION IS IN THE BODY OF THIS AMENDMENTTO SOLICITATION NNM10304233Q******THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR NNM10304233Q.Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as theofficial amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to post the revised specifications for items #4 and #5and to answer questions submitted under the original solicitation. See attached Statementof Work.For both items #4 and #5 of the attached specs please note the removal of the PCIe10/100/1000 network card and the networking Ethernet is integrated into the mother board.This will allow (2) video cards, which are required to drive the (4) monitors and stillhave a Gigabit Ethernet controller. For item # 4 of the attached specs please note the graphics card needs to change to theNVIDIA Quadro FX3800 Dual Monitor Card, the same as item #5. 1. QUESTION: Is this request for the material only (software packages, racks, computers, etc.)? ANSWER: Yes 2. QUESTION: Will Wonderware development services be needed in the future? ANSWER: No 3. QUESTION: In the document, 138185-OTHER-001-001.doc, Line 3, Winsted Sight Line Rack System, can the Winsted part numbers be provided for the bulleted out items to make sure we are quoting the appropriate items? ANSWER: Please note line #3 specifies "custom" rack. 4. QUESTION: The item Winsted Sight Line Rack System is made by a different manufacturer other than Wonderware. Is it ok to send it out in a separate shipment? ANSWER: Yes The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 10/23/2009, no later than 4:30 p.m.cst.
